We believe that your time is as valuable as ours, therefore we will see you at your appointed time. In order to do that, we have this option to save time by downloading your New Patient Information from your home or work.

You can print them out and bring them with you to your first appointment.
If that option does not work for you, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and we will assist you in filling out the necessary information. We will work with most dental insurance plans, with the exceptions of HMO's. Please review the information on the Consent Form on the last page of your New Patient Forms for all of our arrangements on insurance or visit the payment section of this web site.

We understand that you are probably coming to us from another dentist, therefore if you have x-rays that were taken within the last year, bring them along with you to your first appointment. If you do not have them or don't have access to your x-rays, don't not be concerned. We will decide at your first appointment if x-rays need to be retaken and we will explain what wil be necessary for your specific situation at your appointment. Visit our Patient Education Section to learn more about Digitial x-rays that we utilize and the benefits.

Please call the office if you require a pre-medication prior to your dental visit. A pre-medication might be necessary if you have a heart murmur, mitral valve prolapse or if you have had a prosthetic joint replacement. If you have questions regarding this, please do not heistate to contact us.
